- We meet with you at the project site for the schematic design & initial feasibility study to ensure we are responding directly to your input. The result is a design scheme that reflects your wishes for the project’s design and function, while tailoring the scheme to fit within your financial plan. This eliminates the need to spend additional time and money to re-design due to cost concerns.
- Once we have a schematic design direction that fits within your budget requirements, we are able to consolidate the drawing and bidding phases, saving you time and money. Instead of having to complete a full set of drawings to send out for bid, our approach streamlines the process by running these two phases together, making changes with you in process instead of waiting to get bids back to find out if we’re even in the ballpark on construction cost.
- When construction starts, we won’t fade into the background, leaving it up to a contractor to interpret drawings without being aware of the intangible & emotional aspects of your project. Our constant communication will ensure that the build aspect of the project meets your vision.
- Our approach gives you complete control and transparency with regard to sub-contractors and material suppliers. At any point, you will know where your project is in terms of both schedule and cost. In essence, you become the General Contractor, making the important decisions that are right for you and we are there every step of the way to advise you and run the day-to-day work to bring your project in on time and on budget.
- Our commitment doesn’t end once the punch list is finished. We believe in fostering long-term relationships with our clients, and will follow-up with you to make sure that our work lives up to your standards of quality. We wish to be your first point of contact for anything regarding your project, so that we can also play a role in the long-term maintenance of your investment.
